Covid 19: As a Mindful Space student or potential student, your safety and well-being are really important to us. We have adapted this course to make it safe for you. We are following government guidelines regarding social distancing and Covid-19 safe measures. The sessions will take place in a large room where there is ample space between participants and good ventilation. The group size is restricted. If is no longer possible to run the course in person due to Covid restrictions, the sessions will continue online (via zoom). Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. An experiential course in mindfulness, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mark Williams. Learn in a supportive group environment with an experienced meditator and trainer.
