Covid 19 As a Mindful Space student or potential student, your safety and well-being are really important to us. We have adapted this course to make it safe for you. The sessions will take place in a large room where there is ample space between participants and good ventilation. We ask you to take all measures to keep yourself and the others in the group safe, including maintaining social distancing and not coming in, if you have symptoms. The group size is restricted. If Covid restrictions are re-imposed during the course, the sessions will continue online (via zoom). We offer flexible cancellation conditions if you are affected by Covid-19, see below. Learn new ways of handling stress, pain and difficult feelings. An experiential course in mindfulness, based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and Mark Williams. Learn in a supportive group environment with an experienced meditator and trainer.
