Join me to improve your breath, flexibility, posture, balance and sense of well-being in a supportive environment.

Yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, size or ability.

Please bring water and something cosy for relaxation.

I have been teaching since 2017 and trained for 2 years following several back operations. I hope to encourage you to develop a sustainable Yoga practice to improve and maintain physical and mental well-being. Yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, size or ability.
