Meditation and Pathways to Wellbeing
When: Thursday evenings 7.15pm – 8.45pm
The group aims to introduce participants to the practice and multiple health benefits of meditation which includes reduced stress levels, improved quality of sleep, increased energy levels, reduced blood pressure and so many more benefits. The group will also explore the many ways we can increase our sense of wellbeing to improve our overall levels of happiness to lead the life we wish to lead.
