Combining classic Pilates moves based on Joseph Pilates’ original method, with low-impact strength training to help joint mobilisation, flexibility, balance and core strength. The classes are designed to give you 45 minutes where the focus is on just you, in an inclusive music-filled atmosphere. All abilities are welcome. |
