Yoga for Survivors Course

8 week programme based on traditional hatha style of Yoga, encompassing movement, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation. Each class includes a debrief activity to complement the Yoga session. Designed with evidence based practices which aim to support women manage their experience of trauma.
Applicants are gently reminded that a commitment needs to be made to endeavour to attend all 8 sessions to fully benefit from the course as every week is a step-wise progression.
