Match Funding Appeal
We are thrilled that Insole Court has recently been awarded over £300,000 from the National Heritage Memorial Fund. However, to complete the work we need match funding of £30,000. We are currently looking for donations towards this match fund.

Bee camera

Box Hedge Restoration
Box tree caterpillars are the larvae of a moth, Cydalima perspectalis, which lays its eggs on the undersides of box leaves.
Box tree caterpillars are a serious threat to box (Buxus) plants – they can completely defoliate them, ruining prized topiary and native box hedges. As you can see we have been a victim to the Box tree caterpillars and they have completely decimated our box hedges across the site. The Gardens are maintained by our fantastic Volunteer Gardeners and we are currently raising funds to replace the box hedge with an alternative.
