Five-week Yoga course starting on Saturday the 16th of November at the beautiful Insole Court Cardiff.
Everyone is welcome, we will start slow and build up. Come and lower stress, increase your energy levels and build strength in body and mind. We will work in a gentle way through the Asana, Pranayama and Kriya of the Gitananda Yoga tradition.
If you are looking to join an ongoing class – every 5 weeks is different.
What is included?
- Five 55-minute classes of traditional Gitananda Yoga – if you miss a class for any reason, you are welcome to attend another class on the schedule – at a time that suits you.
- Access to short online videos if you would like to practise at home between classes. Handouts to learn more about Yoga.
- Organic chocolate to welcome you to class one.
- A Gong Bath relaxation in class five.
First time bookings – £48 with code HELLOYOGA
Usual price – £48 for 5-weeks or £90 when booking for 10 weeks in advance.

About me: My name is James, I started training as a Yoga teacher in 2015. In 2017 I was lucky enough to spend 6 months at Ananda Ashram in Pondicherry India. Here we studied from 5.30am – 9pm daily. At the end of my time here I was awarded the title “Yoga Sadhaka” and the name Dhananjay. I have now undertaken 1700 hours of Yoga teacher training from the UK and India. I also have a BSc in Community Health and Well-Being which has given me a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology and a wider view of health. Since graduating I have worked for lots of charities, for the past 3 years I have worked in local GP surgeries teaching cognitive behavioural skills for stress, anxiety and depression. I am really passionate about helping people to lower their stress levels and believe Yoga can help everyone to be healthier and happier. My mission is to deliver the best authentic Yoga classes that I can, and to create a welcoming environment where everyone can practise Yoga.
