Fitness classes designed around your children for you!
Come and workout in a safe enclosed environment with other like minded mums who want to lose weight or get fitter or stronger.
All classes are led by a pre and postnatal personal trainer and all done focusing on core rehab and pelvic floor restoration. Don’t worry if you have a low level of fitness as every exercise is adapted to suit each individual. Progressions are offered to those who need a push and help is given to understand how to properly perform exercises and movements. No childcare? Don’t worry as you are encouraged to bring the kids along. No limit to how many you bring along just make sure you have snacks and toys to keep them entertained.
Minimum age – 6 weeks for your own internal recovery from childbirth
Maximum age – none
