Join me, Molly, to improve your breath, posture, flexibility, balance and sense of well-being in a friendly, supportive environment. Yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, size or ability.
Please bring water, something cosy for relaxation, sticky socks and 2 yoga blocks. You will be required to complete a questionnaire at your first class.
