Chair Yoga classes with Molly from Meadowside Yoga are perfect for anyone experiencing physical limitations or reduced mobility. This is a small, friendly class in a supportive environment.
When: Wednesdays 11.30-12.30
Where: Stable 2
Price: 12 week term £120
Please bring water, something cosy for relaxation, sticky socks and 2 yoga blocks. You will be required to complete a form at your first class.
Yoga is for everyBODY, regardless of age, size or ability.
