Join Molly from Meadowside Yoga, to improve your breath, posture, flexibility, balance and sense of well being through Yoga classes that are suitable for everybody in a friendly, supportive environment. Gentle Yoga for Physical & Mental Stress Relief with Molly from Meadowside Yoga – 12 weeks term – £144 (includes a weekly recorded YouTube link to practice).
Please bring water, a mat and something cosy for relaxation. You will need to complete a questionnaire before starting. Join me to improve your breath, flexibility, posture, balance and sense of well being in a friendly, supportive environment. Yoga is for everyBODY, regardless of age, size or ability.
