This class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis alike, as we move mindfully in and out of classic yoga postures at an intentionally slower pace, taking time to look inward and feel the full benefits of each pose. With clear verbal instructions and plenty of modifications on offer, you can work to your own level, while enjoying all the benefits yoga has to offer. Improve strength and mobility, cultivate your natural inner calm, and leave feeling balanced and stress free.
