This fun and energetic class teaches 8 – 16 year olds self-defence techniques using the Krav Maga system. The class is a mix of striking, fitness, and techniques – also focussing on building confidence and discipline in students.

This class teaches striking and self-defence using the Krav Maga system, which is a great defensive system for children and teens as it relies on effective and realistic methods, while also teaching discipline and how to avoid danger.
We empower our students and love to see them succeed. Gradings occur three times a year for students who are ready to move through a ranked belt system.
