Room Hire
Insole Court’s purpose built room hire facility offers five versatile spaces suitable for community, business and personal hire.
The ground floor rooms in our mansion house are also available for hire, in addition to being open daily for tours and visits. The Foyer is also available for hire outside of our opening hours, subject to availability.
All rooms feature free WiFi and benefit from Insole Court’s free car parking and unique setting. We offer a variety of layouts to suit your needs as well as providing a range of equipment and room hire catering to assist the successful delivery of your event.

Fri 8am-5pm
Sat-Sun 9am-5pm
Booking outside these times will be subject to an additional charge of £40 per hour to cover additional staffing.
Carriage House Hall
Carriage House Hall is our largest and most versatile space suitable for conferences, parties, performance & fitness groups.
Motor House Down
Motor House Down is a light, multi-purpose space suitable for craft groups, meetings, classes and activities.
Stable 1
Stable One is a meeting room equipped with a wooden floor and presentation facilities. It is also suitable for smaller fitness groups.
Stable 2
Stable Two is equipped with a rubber floor and presentation facilities. Suitable for smaller classes and activity groups.
Drawing Room
The Drawing Room is our largest event room and is ideal for conferences, concerts, talks and presentations.
Reading Room
The Reading Room is one of the most historically significant rooms, often used for filming and small wedding ceremonies.
Billiards Room
The Billiards Room is one of our largest event rooms and is ideal for conferences, concerts, talks and presentations.
Dining Room
The Dining Room is a large, wood panelled room ideal for formal dinners, board meetings and private events.
Croquet Lawn
The Croquet lawn is a level, grassed space located to the south of our mansion, near the pedestrian entrance from Insole Gardens.
Weddings
As a fully licensed wedding venue, we are able to offer an intimate wedding experience to couples looking for a venue rich in Welsh history and timeless elegance.
Wakes
Insole Court can respectfully accommodate wakes for families. We have a variety of different rooms available in both the Mansion and Stable Yard to cater for different sized gatherings.
Filming
We allow a wide range of productions and subject matters to be filmed on our site. From documentary's and short films to news broadcasts and big budget dramas.
