Mindful Space Members’ Programme

Mindful Space Membership gives you access to an on-going programme of mindfulness training and support. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • have regular input from experienced mindfulness trainers through monthly Level II evening workshops (some in person and online)
  • practise mindfulness meditation in a group · connect with other practitioners and develop your mindfulness network
  • reflect on your practice through one-to-one mentoring sessions and· develop your mindfulness meditation with Half-Day retreats or Silent Practice Days each term

Mindful Space has been teaching mindfulness at Insole Court since 2009. Vicki Worsley is an experienced meditator, counsellor, teacher and trainer. She trained in mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn (USA), Thich Nhat Hanh (France) and at Bangor University. She has an MA in Buddhist Studies from Bristol University.
